In-Stock Items

In-stock items may be returned within a 48-hour return window from the time the order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items are final sale.

• Pre-orders cannot be refunded, canceled, or modified once placed
• Production begins shortly after the pre-order period closes

Exceptions

We will assist in cases where:

• An item arrives damaged
• An incorrect item is received

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
