Orders Placed Before February 21, 2026

All orders placed before February 21, 2026 were part of our made-to-order production model.

These items are produced after purchase. Production and fulfillment may take several weeks to several months, depending on order volume and production cycle.

This timeframe includes:

• Production
• Quality control
• Packaging
• Shipping preparation

If your order was placed before this date, it is still in production and will ship once complete.

Orders Placed On or After February 21, 2026

On February 21, 2026, Veilbound transitioned to a new manufacturing partner and introduced a hybrid fulfillment system.

Under this system, some products are in stock and ship quickly, while others are made-to-order / pre-order depending on the item.

Please refer to the individual product listing to determine whether the item you are purchasing is in stock or made-to-order.

• In-stock items typically ship within 1–5 business days.
• Made-to-order items are produced after purchase and may take several weeks depending on the production cycle.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping time varies by destination and carrier and is separate from fulfillment time.

Important Notes

• Orders placed under the made-to-order model remain subject to that timeline.
• We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates.
• Order status may show “unfulfilled” during production — this is normal for made-to-order items.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing the product listing to determine whether an item is in stock or made-to-order before purchasing.
